Well I just recieved my new analog stick replacement in the mail. I followed the directions given in the tutorial on the site but when i turned my game on the stick is stuck in a down position. I'm testing it with the mlb the show 08 game and my guys just run downward and when the game is paused it just toggles continuosly. This is my second analog stick in like 3 months. The first one I replaced I tightened too much and cracked the 2 clamps that that support the analog stick screws. This time though I've made sure to go easy and I'm still getting the same result. Just looking for a little help on what other options I may have or maybe I didn't do it right???
help!!!

Sorry about that. Its possible you got a defective stick. Just send it back to us and we'll send you a replacement.
