No DS card Inserted!!

My sons DS Lite shows an error message saying that there is no DS Card Inserted, when in fact there is.  This happened before and we ended up getting the unit replaced under warranty.  But it has happened again with the new unit.  We have tried several different DS games but the same error message appears.  The Gameboy games still work but this problem appears when he tries to run a DS game.  Is there any known fix for this problem?

If none of the pins look bent theres probably something wrong with your motherboard.
