I'd say bent pins in the slot-1. We sell replacements, but they require soldering.

Is there something I can do beside replacing this part?? If not I don't have problem soldering.. So what's the part? How much would it cost? Is there any special instruction? Thank you

Nothing you can do other than replace it. The part is available in our store. Nothing tricky to it. Just desolder the old and solder in the new.

Is there a tutorial for this? I had work with electronics for years but I want to be sure that I will do it right at the first try.

Well if you know how to solder you really don't need a tutorial. Remove the old part and solder in the new one.
