analog stick help

ok so i had bought a analog stick from this site i followed the tutorial on here nd still didnt work so can somebody help

Check the plastic contact between the joystick and the motherboard. Also make sure all the screws are tight.

Yeah I found out that was the problem so how can i fix it the screws are on tight and still doenst work
